Tonight, I made a delightful casserole. I got the recipe from the Better Homes & Gardens website. Have you ever looked at their recipes? You really should.
I first made this dish in May one evening when Boyfriend and I were joined for dinner by our dear friend Jason. I made some adjustments to the recipe when I made it. Some major adjustments: 
-I used ham instead of chicken. 
-I used cheddar cheese instead of Swiss. 
-I didn't use the green onion (not tonight, anyway. I can't remember what I did in May). 
-I used cream of celery soup instead of cream of mushroom. 
-I didn't use the paprika at the end. 
-I used a broccoli/cauliflower combo. 
Okayyyy... wait. 
I basically changed everything about this recipe. Haha. It worked out really well, though. It was well received both times I made it, and that's all I ever really want. It takes a little bit of time, but I promise it is worth it.
P.S. I do not want this holiday weekend to end. Do I really have to go back to the office tomorrow? Dang.
